Help BT-20 with Q1U- Another connection problem

Need help with DeLorme BT 20 Bluetooth connection. Possibly someone who has successfully connected the BT-20 with a Samsung Q1U Vista. I have tried several of the suggested fixes posted on this web site, and I have tried the DeLorme --GPS Connection and Troubleshooting (Comm Errors)-- guide with no luck.

I see that a lot of us are having similar but not exactly the same problems getting the Bluetooth to work properly. Some of it might be operator problem, but it should not be that hard to connect the BT-20

This is my problem:
The GPS Antenna works fine using the supplied USB cord, but I am unable to establish a bluetooth connection to my Samsung Q1 Ultra. When I highlight the bluetooth icon on the Q1 quick launch bar it shows the BT-20 as one of the devices whether the BT-20 is on or off, but The GPS signal is not received. When I select GPS and Status in the tab area of Street Atlas, there are no satellites listed, nothing in the almanac window, nothing in the satellite location window and a solid red circle and no GPS in the GPS status window, and the bluetooth status light on the BT-20 continues to flash instead turning steady.
I contacted DeLorme tech support. Kudos to them for being very helpful; after determining that all com ports and passkeys had been set correctly, they sent me a new BT20. But I am having the exact same problem with this second antenna.
My Q1 seems to be working fine with other bluetooth devices, I have tried the Microsoft bluetooth enumerator and a generic enumerator with no luck.
I could have received a second bad BT-20; I’ll find another bluetooth computer to see if I can establish a connection with that computer.
If anyone has any suggestions, or has experienced similar problems, I would appreciate advice.
