This might help trying to connect the bt20 using bluetooth

Postby VtFarmboy » Wed Sep 05, 2007 12:59 am

 Ok after many hours and even a couple of months I finally got my Palm and the BT 20 to work. Here is the low down. I know this forum is for the Palm OS but I have used both the palm and windows os and i think the issue is the same. if not you can use this info to get to the correct information.

First I have a Palm Treo 700w verizon, Second Street Atlas 2008. I was able to load up the Handheld version no problem. The problem was getting the BT 20 to work even after it looked like the unit was recognized. I found this page in tech support finally after many hours of looking. It is for the Blue Logger but it will work for the BT 20 and windows mobil 5. I followed the instructions exactly as they are and it worked! After reading the page all i could think is what a @ss i was for not thinking of this. However Delorm needs to find a more user freindly way of support for its products.

What specific thing did you learn from the article? I guess I am missing something.
