Fixed in SA2009.
Probably sooner, but I haven't checked until now.

It worked correctly in SA2008 too, which isn't surprising seeing that SA2008 was the version that contained a large number of road corrections. SA2009, at least as far as I've seen, is sorely lacking in that department :x
