can't download track since installing service pack

I have experienced a very reliable communication between my GARMIN 12 and Topo 5. Then I downloaded a service pack from Delorme. Since then I can not down load a track.
Please help.

I don't think very many of us have TP5 still installed, but:

- Have you verified the GPS setting on the Options->GPS Setting tab. Verify Device, Port, and Setting is set correctly.

- Give tech support a call.

- Try uninstalling and then installing from CD without installing the serivce pack.
