export from explorist 600 to arcmap

Please help. I have an explorist 600 and would like to export data directly into arcmap. Is this possible???

You have a Magellan Explorist, are using a program called ArcMap, and are looking for help on a DeLorme Topo website?
I would suggest you try either a Magellan or ArcMap board.
Other free options might be EasyGPS or GPSBabel
