Is there XMap 8 in the works?

I find I must upgrade my XMap to work on new x64 hardware and Windows 7. First off, is XMap 7 compatible with x64? Is there a new XMap in the works? Is there a release date? If it is soon, will my purchase of 7 allow reduced cost upgrade to XMap 8?

1. Yes. 2. Probably, tho nothing official. 3. Nothing announced. 4. Unknown, would have to call sales. :)
