One cache should not load twice into the GPS via CR if all is working properly. If one cache appears in multiple PQs, there should only be one instance of that cache in the GPS.
I just had an issue where CR was doubling up on waypoints on my PN-40. I ran two PQs and any caches that overlapped, the 2nd instance of the name would have a "1" tagged to the end of it. I tried to delete all of the PQs through CR, but instead it created 586 instances of a child-waypoint associated to one of the caches and did not delete the caches from the device. Next I deleted everything from the PN-40 menus, but when I tried to load one PQ again, it would only load a few caches, and would show multiple listings for the same cache. I ended up deleting the file as instructed in the posts above and now it runs fine again.
