Annoying prompt

How to turn off that annoying prompt, which I hear several times when my GPS is coming to a turn? My laptop is connected to external speakers, I use it to listen to music and audio books, and I'd love to have my GPS silent. I don't need or want it to say anything or to make any noises. I figured out how to turn off speech prompts, but I do not know how to silence that "ding" thing. Anyone can help me?

I don't have my gps attached right now, but here's something you can try.
Click on [options] on the top bar
click the gps tab &
look for "when tracking" and slide the bar to go to the bottom of the list.
DEselect "enable GPS voice navigation" and test to see if this solves your problem.
Please let me know if this works or not. I can't test it today but didn't want to make you wait for me to test it since you haven't gotten any answers before now.
