I just had to reinstall SA 2009. After loading my normal Startup file and closing SA, when I restart it a generic file of Salt Lake City opens. In my original installation, when I started SA 2009 it opened the last file that I was viewing when I last exited.
Does anyone know how to set the desired Startup file?

In the bottom left corner of the Welcome Screen, there should be a checkbox ("Hide dialog and use current Map File Option at startup") that will cause the last Map File to be re-opened and it will also prevent the Welcome Screen from being displayed.
