Symbol I'm Not Familiar With

There is a symbol I can not locate a meaning for when I create a route. The software provides me with a highlighted route, but at various points on the route, I see what looks like a red letter "B". Sure would appreciate an explanation of this symbol. Me thinks this might either road construction or a rest stop. You can access the settings by selecting the Route tab, then Plan Trip.
