Is it possible to import a track from a Garmin 72H USING wINDOWS 7?
I have tried the settings listed in help and nothing is imported.

We have a Garmin Astro 220 so I can check that, but we only just got a laptop with Windows 7 and only just installed SA2009 Plus on it, so I'll have my husband test our Garmin on it as soon as possible. Hopefully that will help find you an answer.
I LOVE Delorme's programs & helping people learn to use them.
I hope I've helped you! Please pass the favor on & help someone out too! ;-)

This worked for the Astro 220 Garmin, and should work for most other Garmins in Windows 7 installations.

Go to Garmin Support website and download to locate USB drivers.

http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=591

This should take you to the USB software driver 2.3. Download and install it. This will update the Garmin drivers and add support for Windows7 64 bit.

This worked for our new WIndows 7 Fujitsu computer. It's not a DeLorme problem; it's a Windows7 problem.
I hope this works for you. If not, contact Garmin.
