Uninstall problems

Greetings;

I attempted to look for an answer already, however, found nothing to assist me. I would like to uninstall SA 2009 Plus from my laptop since I have SA 2010. Disk space is at a premium here. When I go to Add/Remove Programs, I get an error message: "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it." I have tried putting the disk in and get the same message. What other way is there, if any, to uninstall this program? This is my fifth SA program I have had and I've never had a problem uninstalling any of the previous editions. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

If you run Setup (on the DVD), you should get the InstallShield Wizard, where you can select Remove.

Unfortunately, I've tried that as well and get the same error message.

I totally forgot about that utility. It seems that did it. Thank you very much for the assistance.

I am glad to hear that it worked. It sure beats trying to manually fix the Registry.

This tool has been removed from Microsofts website. Does anyone else have any suggestions for uninstalling Street Atlas 2009 Plus?

Interesting! I just read that it was pulled. Thankfully, I don't recall it ever messing anything on my PC or laptop. I believe that it is still on my PC; if so, would you like a copy?
